  • At VlinnDiaz, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Standard delivery usually takes around 5 business days, but during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery can take up to 5–12 business days.

  • Every order is shipped via DHL and can be tracked at any time through our website. Simply click HERE and enter your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear.

  • Yes! Shipping is completely free on all orders, so you don’t have to worry about additional delivery costs within our shipping regions.

  • We currently ship to most countries within Europe. If your location is unavailable at checkout, we do not ship to that region at this time. Please note that shipping to Russia and Ukraine is currently unavailable.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address to ensure delivery.

  • Some delays are beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier disruptions, bad weather, or strikes. While we cannot control these events, we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:

    • VlinnDiaz is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
    • If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any carrier return fees.
  • You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all VlinnDiaz tags still attached.

  • Returns require a fixed €1 fee, which covers part of the return shipping cost. VlinnDiaz covers the remainder. We recommend using tracked shipping, as lost packages without tracking may prevent us from issuing a refund.

  • To return an item, click HERE to start the process. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Once we receive your package, we will process your return as quickly as possible. Processing times may be longer during busy periods.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the item within 14 days and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, gift card, etc.).

  • If your item is defective or incorrect:

    • VlinnDiaz will cover all return shipping costs (the €1 fee does not apply).
    • You can choose a replacement or a full refund.
    • Please start your return request and select “Product is damaged/incorrect.”
    • Swimwear can only be returned if it arrives damaged or incorrect.
    • Socks cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns. If a package is lost without tracking, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • Unfortunately, worn or washed items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

  • We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting in product photography.

  • If your size is unavailable, it may be restocked in the future. We recommend checking back regularly or following VlinnDiaz for restock updates.
