At VlinnDiaz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.


How to Return an Order

You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original packaging with all VlinnDiaz tags attached


Return Shipping Costs:

Customers pay a fixed return fee of €1. VlinnDiaz covers the remaining return shipping costs.

• We recommend using tracked shipping. If the package is lost without tracking, we may not be able to issue a refund.


To Start a Return:

1. Click HERE to begin the return process.

2. Enter your order number and the e-mail you used for your order.


Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may be longer during sales or holidays.


Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the item within 14 days and place a new order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business business days of receiving your return or proof of shipment.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

In this case, VlinnDiaz will cover the full return shipping cost (no €1 fee applies) and provide a replacement or refund.

1. My return arrived more than 14 days ago, but I haven’t heard anything. What should I do?

We apologize for the delay. Please contact us with your order number and tracking code so we can assist you promptly.


2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you pay a fixed return fee of €1. The remaining shipping costs are covered by VlinnDiaz.
If the item is defective or incorrect, the €1 fee does not apply.


3. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return the item and place a new order.


4. When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 14 business days of receiving your return. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.


5. Can I return socks, or swimwear?

Swimwear can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Socks cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened.


6. I paid with a gift card. How will I receive my refund?

If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be credited back to your gift card balance for future purchases .
