Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with DHL. You can track your order at any time through our website by clicking HERE or by selecting “Track My Order” in the menu and entering your tracking number.
• Shipping is free on all orders
• Estimated delivery time is 5 business days
• During holidays or sale periods, delivery may take 5-12 business days
• We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses
Order Processing
• Orders are processed once your payment is confirmed
• Delivery times may be longer during high-volume periods
• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch
Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries within Europe.
If your location is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship to that region.
Please note: Shipping to Russia and Ukraine is currently unavailable.
International Orders & Customs Fees
For international shipments:
• Import duties or local taxes may apply
• These costs are not included in your order total
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees
• Customs processing may delay delivery
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:
• VlinnDiaz is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments
• If the package is returned to us, we will refund the order minus carrier return fees
This is consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.
If something is wrong, contact us at info@vlinndiaz.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the problem
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• VlinnDiaz will cover the return shipping costs
• You may choose a replacement or a refund
• Please start a return request HERE and select “Item was damaged/incorrect.”
Events Beyond Our Control
VlinnDiaz is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:
• Customs inspections
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events
• Strikes or unexpected delays
We will always assist where possible.
